		Colin Magee Colin works full-time on behalf of Panarts developing and delivering training programmes in schools, colleges and community centres. He is a singer-songwriter and worked as a Community Relations Officer in North Down Borough Council for four years. Colin lectured at the Belfast Institute of Further and Higher Education and after training to become a Youth & Community Worker, he then studied Social Policy at University. Between 1984-1988 he was elected to work on behalf of students as Welfare Officer, Vice-President and President of the University of Ulster Student's Union.

		Anne Coulter Anne has been a trainer with Panarts since its foundation in 1992 and is Education Officer with the voluntary organisation. She is a qualified teacher of Drama and English and a graduate member of the Institute of Personnel Development. Anne has worked in the FE sector and was a course development consultant with Queens University Belfast. She has also lectured in Career Management Skills at the University of Ulster.
